Mediation is significantly less expensive than litigation.

Mediation is billed at an hourly rate depending on the professional you choose to work with in order to settle the issues that need to be addressed.  Our mediator's hourly rates range from $300-$400. 

Families are asked to submit a deposit ranging from $4000 to $6000 before beginning mediation. Clients may contribute to the deposit as mutually agreed.  The deposit is placed in a client trust account and billed as work is completed.

Clients receive monthly invoices detailing the work completed, time spent on the matter, and the amount deducted from their deposit.  If families reach resolution quickly or decide they do not want to continue in mediation, any unspent money is refunded to them in proportion to what they paid.
